I am experiencing the same issues with Office Outlook. I reports a n error that has “stopped working” and a fix will be sent when available. We have gone to Microsoft for fixes and they work for a while but each time the fixes fail when a new update is downloaded. Terrance M.

I recently bought a Dell laptop Windows 10 and got a one-year subscription of Office personal. I am having problem with adding email accounts in Outlook It was crashing all the time even if I was using the same parameters that I have on another laptop running fine Outlook I have 3 email accounts to add.

After multiples attempts I gave up I tried to add the second account and I was getting Microsoft Outlook has stopped working Since than, I am not able to add the third email account. I am always getting Microsoft Outlook has stopped working. I suggest you to install all the Office and windows updates before attempting to work with outlook.

Also, try starting Outlook in safe mode. If it works as expected, try to disable add-ins as mentioned in the below link:. You can also try other steps mentioned in the article. Hope this helps.
